              Well, this time I’ll give you a tips about how to heal colds naturally and quickly. Many people who have colds or flu want to rapidly heal by thoroughly and quickly. Colds or flu caused by often many activities, but not be compared with enough rest. I will give you tips that are natural and may also be a quick way to heal  a cold or the flu.  Below are the tips:

Salt Water
      Salt water can help in reducing colds or flu. Because this can help to remove excess liquid so it can reduce the pain in the throat and germs.  Gargle with salt water three times a day can help you.

Steaming
        Steaming can reduce the flu and relieve colds or influenza in our bodies.

Cayenne Water
       Cayenne is an herb that tastes spicy and sharp. It’s benefits can increase blood flow to the body so the blood cells that we need to destroy the infection  can quickly channeled. Well for that cayenne can also be mixed with warm water it can reduce the pain in the throat and increase the body's immune.

Garlic
       Garlic contains many antioxidants that can support the immune system in our body. When we eat it then we will have a stronger immune. These tips can you practice, perhaps after eating it the odor will be a little sharper, but it does not matter because it is for our immune.

Lemon juice and Lime juice.

Chicken Soup
       By eating chicken soup can help reduce inflammation and speed up the flu mucus. And help you relieve from flu.

Drink a lot of water.
        Drink lots of water can also help reduce the common cold or influenza. Because the drinking water, we certainly would have frequently to the toilet to urinate. And of urination is the germs in our body we would go wasted.
