Special Roasted Corn Recipe

I want to give you a roasted corn recipe made in Indonesia. Here it is...

This is my experince. Here it is :

Ingredients:
  

·           5 pieces of baby corn or called young corn (sweet corn is recommended)

·           2 cloves of garlic

·           pepper to taste.

·           salt to taste

·           butter to taste

How to Make ? Here it is :

·         2 cloves garlic blend withsalt and pepper, with blender.  

·         Add a little of water.

·         Spread on corn that has been half-baked roasted before

·         Roast the corn again a moment

·         Add the butter to taste

·         Finish .... It ready to eat....
